Once you've opened the page, click on one of the icons below, "Listen".  A file will be downloaded which will open in itunes. You can also use VLC as your player instead, which doesn't drop the stream as frequently as itunes sometimes does.

Download the home screen icon on your smartphone or tablet.

There are other apps available which allow you to listen. I use FStream and Tunein Radio.
